摘　　要：De Winter(DW)心电现象是急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的一种特殊类型,以心电图(ECG)上胸前导联ST段上斜型压低为主要特征,提示冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)近端次全闭塞,急需行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI),本文结合两例典型病例,复习相关文献,旨在进一步了解DW心电现象的临床及冠脉造影特征,以助于临床医生在诊治时快速识别并作出准确诊断。De Winter(DW)electrocardiogram phenomenon is a special type of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).It is characterized by ST segment oblique depression in upper chest lead of electrocardiogram(ECG).It indicates that the proximal subtotal occlusion of left anterior descending(LAD)of coronary artery is subtotal occluded,and percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is urgently needed.Based on two typical cases,this paper reviews the relevant literature,in order to further understand the clinical and coronary angiography characteristics of DW electrocardiogram phenomenon,so as to help clinicians quickly identify and make accurate diagnosis.
