天麻钩藤饮联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死急性期(风火上扰证)的临床效果及对患者认识功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究天麻钩藤饮联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死急性期(风火上扰证)的临床效果及对患者认识功能的影响。方法将144例脑梗死急性期(风火上扰证)患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(72例,常规对症处理+奥扎格雷钠)和研究组(72例,常规对症处理+奥扎格雷钠+天麻钩藤饮)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的总体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组半身不遂、言语蹇涩、偏身麻木、口舌歪斜评分均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MMSE评分均升高,NIHSS和CSS评分均降低,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗死急性期(风火上扰证)的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进认知功能和神经功能恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(wind-fire disturbance syndrome)and its influence on cognitive function of patients.Methods A total of 144 patients with acute cerebral infarction(wind-fire disturbance syndrome)were divided into control group(72 cases,routine symptomatic treatment+ozagrel sodium)and study group(72 cases,routine symptomatic treatment+ozagrel sodium+Tianma Gouteng decoction)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall efficacy in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of hemiplegia,speech astringency,body numbness and tongue deviation in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,MMSE score in the two groups increased,NIHSS and CSS scores decreased,and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(wind-fire disturbance syndrome)has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote the recovery of cognitive function and nerve function.
