摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(FTS)护理在胡桃夹综合征(NCS)患者围术期中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的108例行腹腔镜下3D打印血管外支架置入治疗的NCS患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规围术期护理)与试验组(FTS护理),各54例。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS、VAS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生理健康、心理健康、社会关系、周围环境评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论FTS护理能有效改善NCS患者的不良情绪,缓解疼痛,减少并发症的发生,提升患者的护理满意度与生活质量,促进术后快速康复。Objective To explore the application effect of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing in perioperative period of patients with nutcracker syndrome(NCS).Methods A total of 108 NCS patients who underwent laparoscopic 3D printing extravascular stent implantation in our hospital were divided into control group(routine perioperative nursing)and experimental group(FTS nursing)according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,SAS,SDS,VAS scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical health,mental health,social relations and surrounding environment in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion FTS nursing can effectively improve NCS patients'bad mood,relieve pain,reduce complications,improve patients'nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and promote rapid postoperative recovery.
