全程无缝隙优质护理应用于心肌梗死介入治疗患者围术期的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程无缝隙优质护理应用于心肌梗死介入治疗患者围术期的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年7月于我院接受介入治疗的200例心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其分为对照组(100例,常规围术期护理)和观察组(100例,全程无缝隙优质护理)。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组HHI各维度评分、CROQ-PTCA-Post各维度评分较护理前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程无缝隙优质护理应用于心肌梗死介入治疗患者围术期能够有效缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者希望水平和生活质量,且护理满意度较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole course seamless high quality nursing in perioperative period of patients with miocardial infarction undergoing interventional therapy.Methods A total of 200 patients with miocardial infarction who received interventional therapy in our hospital from May 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(100 cases,routine perioperative nursing)and observation group(100 cases,whole course seamless high quality nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HHI and CROQ-PTCA-Post in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course seamless high quality nursing applied in the perioperative period of patients with miocardial infarction undergoing interventional therapy can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the hope level and quality of life,and has a high nursing satisfaction.
