摘　　要：高尿酸血症是痛风的主要危险因素。痛风的特征是持续的低级别炎症,并与越来越多的共病(如癌症)有关。一方面,尿酸的抗氧化作用能有效清除自由基,有潜在的抗癌能力;另一方面,尿酸的氧化应激可能加速肿瘤进展,增加患者死亡风险。目前尿酸作为肿瘤发展的独立因素仍存在争议。尿酸作为"危险信号"影响某些免疫细胞、细胞因子的产生和效应分子的表达,触发相关免疫反应。因此,尿酸盐晶体可能通过免疫反应在肿瘤的发病机制中发挥重要作用。Hyperuricemia is a main risk factor for gout.Gout is characterized by persistent low-level inflammation and is associated with an increasing number of comorbidities,including cancer.On one hand,the antioxidant effect of uric acid can effectively eliminate free radicals and has potential anticancer ability;on the other hand,the oxidative stress of uric acid might accelerate tumor progression and increase the risk of death.Thus,uric acid as an independent factor in tumor development is still controversial.In addition,uric acid acts as a " danger signal" affecting the production of certain immune cells,cytokines and the expression of effector molecules,and triggering related immune responses.Therefore,it’ s considered that urate crystals may play an important role in tumor pathogenesis through immune response.
