民法典视角下的矿山企业管理与法律风险防控探析

摘　　要：民法典的实施对矿山企业的合规管理与法律风险防控提出了更高要求,贯彻实施民法典绿色原则、以人为本理念等,及时修订完善矿山企业规章制度,加强合规管理,防控法律风险已经关乎到矿山企业的生存与发展。分析了民法典给矿山企业带来的影响及主要风险,并提出了相应措施,有利于矿山企业从根源实现合规管理,防控法律风险。The implementation of the Civil Code is more strict on the regulated management of mining enterprises and legal risk prevention.Under the circumstances,it matters to the survival and development of mining enterprises to revise and perfect regulations in time,reinforce regulated management and prevent legal risk,based on the green principles and humanitarian ideology of the Civil Code.Therefore,the paper analyzed the risks and influences the Civil Code has imposed on mining enterprises,proposed corresponding measures that are beneficial for mining enterprises to realize regulated management and prevent legal risks on lawful basis.
