摘 要:某黄金冶炼厂金精矿氰化处理产生大量高铜贫液,循环利用影响金的浸出。试验采用电沉积法回收高铜贫液中铜,考察了温度、电流密度、电解助剂、酸碱度、反应时间、阴极材料等对电流效率和铜回收率的影响,确定了电沉积最佳工艺参数。在最佳条件下,高铜贫液中铜质量浓度由8707.44 mg/L降低至1519.25 mg/L,获得的产品中铜质量分数为96.89%。A great deal of high copper barren solution is generated during cyanidation process of gold concentrates in a gold smelter,the cycled use of which affects gold leaching.The experiment adopts electrodeposition to recover copper from high copper barren solution.By investigating the influence of temperature,electric current density,electrolysis auxiliaries,pH,reaction time,cathode material on electric current efficiency and copper recovery rate,the optimal electrodeposition process parameters are determined.Under the optimal conditions,copper mass concentration in high copper barren solution drops from 8707.44 mg/L to 1519.25 mg/L,and the copper mass fraction in products obtained is 96.89%.
