摘　　要：目的:医院管理指标数据用于医院管理决策的各个领域,指标数据的质量监控是管理决策有效性的基础。方法:构建了一套数据质量监测体系、评价标准和评价方法,定量地呈现指标数据的质量得分和排名。结果:基于某大型三甲公立医院2016年1月至2019年3月的42个核心指标,得到指标数据的质量排名。通过对最后三位指标的核查,发现数据工作流中的潜在问题和数据质量规则的潜在优化点,指导数据质量工作的开展。结论:通过构建数据质量的监测体系和标准来实现指标的质量管理是可行的,质量评价结果可作为数据核查工作的航标。Objective:Hospital management index data is used in various areas of hospital management decision-making.The quality monitoring of index data is the basis of the effectiveness of management decisions.Methods:This paper constructs a set of data quality monitoring system,evaluation standards and evaluation methods,and quantitatively presents the quality score and ranking of the index data.Results:Based on the 42 core indicators of a large three public hospitals from January 2016 to March 2019,this article draws the last three indicators,finds potential problems in the data workflow and potential optimization points of data quality rules to guide data quality work.Conclusion:It is feasible to realize the quality management of indicators by constructing a monitoring system and standards for data quality,and the quality evaluation results can be used as a navigation mark for data verification.
