摘  要:目的:观察WebGL技术在腰神经根变异特征立体可视化中的应用价值。方法:选择2018年6月至2020年3月我院3例腰神经根异常的患者为研究对象,获取MRI影像数据,三维重建制作腰神经根变异模型,通过WebGL技术的网页平台进行交互、触控展示,三维立体模式下观察、测绘腰神经根变异特征。结果:成功重建得到3例腰神经根变异模型,其中,神经根尾侧起源1例(L4/5),神经根联合2例(L4/5、L3/4),并实现其特征的立体可视化和解剖参数的三维测量。结论:WebGL技术用于腰神经根变异特征直观、逼真、立体可视化,效果优于传统的观测方法,具有良好的应用价值和推广前景。Objective:To observe the application value of WebGL technology in stereoscopic visualization of lumbar nerve root anomalies.Methods:3 case of lumbar nerve root anomalies in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.The MRI image data were obtained.Three-dimensional reconstruction was used to make the model of lumbar nerve root anomalies,interaction and touch display were carried out through the web platform of webgl technology,and the variation characteristics of lumbar nerve root were observed and mapped in three-dimensional mode.Results:Three cases of lumbar nerve root variation model were reconstructed,and the threedimensional visualization of its characteristics and measurement of anatomical parameters were realized successfully,including 1 case of caudal origin and 2 cases of nerve root conjunction.Conclusion:WebGL technology is better than the traditional observation method in the characteristics of lumbar nerve root variation,which is intuitionistic,lifelike and stereoscopic.It has a good application value and promotion prospect.
