“以技术观技术”作为中介:德国“文化技艺”理论及启示

摘　　要：作为德国文化与媒介研究的新前沿,"文化技艺"理论旨在揭示技术与媒介(物)的在世存有逻辑,其理论要义包括技术操作链的优先性、承认作为行动者的技术的结构能动性、物质性与社会性并重。"以操作链和过程性理解技术""人与技术本体级差的消逝"是其理论价值所在。目前,"文化技艺"面临"研究边界日趋弥散"与"侧重历史分析的方法论取向亟须拓展"的现实问题。"以技术观技术"作为中介是可以从"文化技艺"中汲取的理论启示,这意味着它将"以技术观技术"作为探索路径,去中心化、非目的论地考察技术与"他者"间的动态关系,在递归实践中完成对技术建构世界的还原。由此,一种以新媒介技术实践为着眼点,以"物质-行动""操作过程"为向度的分析框架成为可能。As a new frontier of German culture and media research,the theory of "cultural technologies" aims to reveal the existential logic of technology and media.Its theoretical significance includes the priority of technology operation chain,the recognition of the structural initiative of technology as an actor,and the equal emphasis on materiality and sociality.Its theoretical value lies in "understanding technology through operation chain and process" and "the disappearance of the difference between human and technology ontology".At present, "cultural technologies" are facing the practical problems of "the research boundary is becoming more and more diffuse" and "the methodological orientation of focusing on historical analysis needs to be expanded urgently". "Viewing technology with technology" as a medium is a theoretical enlightenment that can be drawn from "cultural skills",which means that it takes "technology as the exploration path",examines the dynamic relationship between technology and "the other" in a decentralized and non purposeful way,and completes the restoration of the world of Technology construction in recursive practice.Therefore,an analytical framework based on the practice of new media technology and the dimension of "material action" and "operation process" becomes possible.
