摘　　要：目的探讨经口腔内黏膜入路切除口周皮脂腺囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年5月就诊于宁夏医科大学总医院皮肤科门诊经口腔内黏膜入路切除口周皮脂腺囊肿患者46例,术后随访1~2个月。结果 46例患者手术切口均一期愈合,无复发。结论经口腔内黏膜入路切除口周皮脂腺囊肿,术后无复发、美容效果明显,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioral sebaceous gland cyst resection by oral mucosal approach. Methods From January 2017 to May 2019 in the Department of Dermatology of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,46 cases of perioral sebaceous gland cysts were resected by oral mucosal approach in the outpatient department,followed up for 1 months to 2 months. Results The incisions of 46 patients were healed in the first stage without recurrence. Conclusion The perioral sebaceous gland cysts is resected by oral mucosal approach without recurrence,and the cosmetic effect is obvious. It is worth promoting.
