摘  要:常410-2A是常熟市农业科学研究所和江苏中江种业股份有限公司以BT型粳稻不育系武运粳7号A为母本,常农粳5号/常01-11B的F5代稳定品系为父本,经多代回交转育而成的长粒型粳稻三系不育系,2018年9月通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会育性鉴定。常410-2A不育性稳定,具有优质、早花时、张颖角度较大、柱头部分外露、异交结实率高、较易制繁种等特点。所配组合常优粳7号(常410-2A/CR-928)为长粒型杂交粳稻,于2019年3月通过江苏省品种审定。Chang 410-2 A,derived from the cross between CMS line Wuyunjing 7 A and a stable line of(Changnongjing 5/Chang 01-11 B)F5 and the subsequent successive backcrosses,is a new BT-type japonica CMS line with long grains in rice developed by Changshu Agricultural Science Research Institute of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Zhongjiang Seed Industry Co.Ltd..In September,2018,it was technically identified by Jiangsu Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.It is characteristic of stable male sterility,good grain quality,early flowering time,wide glume-opening angle,partial stigma exsertion,high outcrossing rate,easy production of hybrid seed and male sterile line seed.Its hybrid Changyoujing 7(Chang 410-2 A/CR-928),belonging to a long-grain japonica hybrid rice,was registered and released for commercial production by Jiangsu Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in March,2019.
