基于互联网的远程医疗心电诊断中心平台的构建与思考

摘　　要：远程医疗是一种全新的医疗体系。当今,心血管疾病是威胁人类健康的主要疾病,心电图检查已经成为诊断心血管疾病的重要手段和方法。锦州医科大学附属第一医院以互联网为基础,利用网络实现数据传输,构建了远程心电诊断中心平台,方便了患者的就诊,提高基层医疗机构的心电图诊断水平及异常心电图的检出率,缩短了急性冠脉综合征患者的“院前急救时间”,降低了心血管疾病的病死率。Telemedicine is a new kind of medical system.Nowadays,cardiovascular disease has become a major threat to human health.Electrocardiogram is one of the important methods for the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.We construsted the Platform Telemedicine Electrocardial Technology Service Center in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University based on the Internet by using the network data transmission,which facilities the patient's treatment,improves the level of electrocardiogram diagnosis in grassroots communities and the detectable rate of abnormal electrocardiogram,shortens the time of pre-hospital emergency treatment for patients with acute coronary syndrome,reduces the mortality of cardiovascular disease.
