摘 要:海底矿产蕴藏多种紧缺有价金属,是工业持续发展的重要潜在来源。垂直管道水力输送是深海采矿的关键技术,其中管道阻力是水力输送的核心参数。文中详细介绍当前比较典型的垂直管道输送阻力计算公式,包括王绍周公式、夏建新公式和Matousek公式,并在此基础上比较分析了不同工况下各公式的计算值和实测值,总结在不同的粒径和浓度条件下各经验公式的计算准确性。计算发现夏建新公式和Matousek公式在各种工况下的计算结果都与实验结果比较吻合,适用于颗粒物料垂直管道水力输送阻力计算。本研究对颗粒物料垂直管道阻力计算具有一定的参考价值。The seabed minerals contain a variety of scarce valuable metals,which are an important potential source for sustainable industrial development.Vertical pipeline hydraulic transportation is a key technology for deep sea mining,and pipeline resistance is the core parameter of hydraulic transportation.In this paper,the current typical calculation formulas for vertical pipeline transportation resistance were introduced in detail,including WANG Shao-zhou formula,XIA Jian-xin formula and Matousek formula.On this basis,the calculated and measured values of each formula under different working conditions were compared and analyzed,and the calculation accuracy of each empirical formula under the conditions of different particle size and concentration was summarized.It is found that the calculation results of XIA Jian-xin formula and Matousek formula under various working conditions are in good agreement with the experimental results,which are suitable for the calculation of the resistance of the vertical pipeline of granular materials.This study has certain reference value for the calculation of the resistance of the granular material vertical pipeline.
