摘  要:随着近海海湾区建设的兴起,以岛桥隧系统为主体的湾区互连交通体系得到广泛应用。在岛桥隧系统的建设中,插入式大圆筒结构以其简捷、造价低、耐久性好等诸多优势,成为了人工岛岛壁的首选。在插入式大圆筒施工过程中,砂质及其他硬质土层会导致大圆筒的打入困难,甚至引起大圆筒结构的破坏,需要对施工地土层进行预处理。通过现场试验和室内数值模拟方法,分析了经深层泥浆搅拌技术(DSM技术)预处理的砂质土层中大圆筒的打入过程,研究了深层泥浆搅拌技术对砂质土层的预处理效果及其改良大圆筒打入过程的有益效果,为工程实践提供参考。With the rise of the construction of offshore bay area,the bay area interconnection transportation system,which is mainly composed of island bridge and tunnel system,has been widely used.In the construction of island-bridge-tunnel system,the plug-in steel cylinder is the primary consideration of the bulkhead of the artificial island for its convenience,low-cost,and good durability,etc.In the construction process of plug-in steel cylinder,sand and other hard soil layers will cause difficulty in driving the steel cylinder,and even may cause damage to the cylinder structure.It is necessary to pretreat the soil layer of the construction site.Through field test and indoor numerical simulation method,the driving process of steel cylinder in sandy soil layer pretreated by deep slurry mixing technology(DSM technology)was analyzed,and the pretreatment effect of DSM technology on sandy soil layer and the beneficial effect of improving the driving process of steel cylinder were studied,so as to provide reference for engineering practice.
