摘　　要：目的探讨认知行为干预对美容整形就医者体像认识和自尊的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2018年10月于本院接受整形美容者130人为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组65人。对照组采用常规医护干预,干预组采用认知行为干预。采用自制的一般情况调查表、多维自我体像调查问卷(MBSRQ)及自尊量表(SES)评估两组临床资料、体像水平及自尊水平。结果两组临床资料比较差异无统计学意义。干预组相貌评估、舒适倾向、健康倾向、身体部位满意和超重5个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组自尊量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预可改善美容就医者的体像评分及自尊评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on body image recognition and self-esteem of cosmetic plastic surgeons.Methods 130 people who received plastic surgery in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.The control group used routine care and the intervention group used cognitive behavioral intervention.The general information,body image level and self-esteem between the two groups of doctors were evaluated using self-made general survey,multidimensional self-image questionnaire(MBSRQ)and self-esteem scale(SES).Results There was no significant difference in the clinical basic data between the two groups.In the intervention group,the five dimensions of appearance evaluation,comfort tendency,health tendency,body part satisfaction and overweight were higher than the control group when the line was dissected after discharge(P<0.05).The self-esteem scale of the intervention group after discharge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing intervention can improve the body image score and self-esteem score of plastic practitioners,and it is worthy of clinical application.
