摘　　要：目的分析研究系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者的红细胞沉降率(ESR)和中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)水平,探讨ESR和NLR在SLE患者中的临床作用。方法选取2016年3月至2019年3月在本院接受治疗的110例系统性红斑狼疮疾病(SLE组)患者作为研究对象,根据SLE疾病活动评价指数(SLEDAI)分为无活动组(n=23,活动评价指数<3)、轻度活动组(n=38,活动评价指数3~6)、中度活动组(n=27,活动评价指数6~10)、重度活动组(n=22,活动评价指数>10);另选取同期105名检查健康者作为对照组。测定所有研究对象红细胞沉降率(ESR)和中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR),并分析其对系统性红斑狼疮的诊断价值。结果与对照组比较,SLE组NLR和ESR均升高(P<0.05);无活动组、轻度活动组、中度活动组、重度活动组的NLR和ESR数值比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,活动组NLR和SLEDAI评分均降低(P<0.05);NLR和ESR与SLE活动评价指数(SLEDAI)评分相关系数r分别为0.257和0.294(P<0.05)。结论NLR、NLR水平可能与SLE疾病活动相关,NLR、ESR可作为评估系统性红斑狼疮反应指标。Objective To analyze and study the level of ESR and NLR in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and to explore the clinical effect of ESR and NLR in SLE.Methods 110 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to SLEDAI,they were divided into no active group(n=23,active evaluation index<3),mild active group(n=38,active evaluation index 3-6),moderate active group(n=27,active evaluation index 6-10),severe activity group(n=22,activity evaluation index>10);In addition,105 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)were measured in all subjects,and their diagnostic value in systemic lupus erythematosus was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,NLR and ESR of SLE group were increased(P<0.05);NLR and ESR had no difference among the inactive group,the mild active group,the moderate active group and the severe active group;after treatment,the ESR,NLR and SLEDAI scores of the active group were decreased(P<0.05);the correlation coefficients of NLR and ESR and SLEDAI scores were 0.257 and 0.294,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion NLR and NLR levels may be related to SLE disease activity,NLR and ESR can be used to evaluate the response of SLE.
