针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床观察研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月本院收治的80例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用阿昔洛韦乳膏涂抹治疗,观察组采用针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率及治疗前后疼痛评分。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的67.5%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用针灸配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹效果显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping in treating herpes zoster.Methods 80 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir cream and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping.The treatment effects,complications and pain scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 67.5%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of herpes zoster with acupuncture combined with pricking and cupping is effective,the pain is alleviated,and the incidence of complications is reduced.It is worthy of clinical application.
