摘 要:氧化锌在光催化领域具有非常广泛的用途。本文采用均相沉淀法制备了氧化锌纳米粉体,研究了不同锌离子浓度、不同锌源对合成氧化锌粉体的影响,并对合成粉体的光催化性能进行了表征。结果表明,在不同锌离子浓度条件下合成的氧化锌纳米颗粒都具有较高的纯度和结晶度,而且随着锌离子浓度的提高,合成的氧化锌颗粒粒径逐渐变大;在不同锌离子浓度条件下制备的氧化锌颗粒对三种目标污染物具有良好的催化效果。不同的锌源对制备的氧化锌颗粒的形貌和催化效果均有较大的影响,当以氯化锌为锌源时出现了较为严重的团聚和板结现象,而以硫酸锌作为锌源时,得到的氧化锌颗粒对甲基橙的催化效果较差。Zinc oxide has a very wide range of uses in the field of photocatalysis. In this paper, zinc oxide nanopowders were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method. The effects of different zinc ion concentrations and different zinc sources on the synthesis of zinc oxide powder were studied. The photocatalytic properties of the synthesized powders were characterized. The results show that the zinc oxide nanoparticles synthesized under different zinc ion concentrations have higher purity and crystallinity. With the increase of zinc ion concentration, the size of the synthesized zinc oxide particles becomes larger. The zinc oxide particles have a good catalytic effect on the three target pollutants. The zinc source has a great influence on the morphology and catalytic effect of the prepared zinc oxide particles. When zinc chloride is used as the zinc source, there is a serious agglomeration and compaction phenomenon,and when zinc sulfate is used as the zinc source, the zinc source is obtained. Zinc oxide particles have a poor catalytic effect on methyl orange.
