摘  要:近年来,以席夫碱类化合物与金属配位作用为基础的荧光探针检测技术越来越受到人们的广泛关注,以席夫碱为方向开发的新型荧光探针分子应用于金属离子的检测是一种行之有效的方法。本文以2,2-二(4-羟基苯基)丙烷、三氯甲烷、氢氧化钠为原料,通过Reimer-Tiemann反应,先制备双水杨醛,再和苯胺进行缩合反应得到双水杨醛席夫碱结构,并通过核磁共振进一步确认。通过紫外分光光度计与荧光光谱分析的表征,确定了该化合物与金属离子配位的特性。In recent years, fluorescent probe detection technology based on the coordination of Schiff base compounds and metals have attracted more and more attention. The new fluorescent probe molecules developed in the direction of schiff bases are used in the detection of metal ions has become an effective method. In this paper, 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, chloroform, and sodium hydroxide were used as raw materials to prepare salicylaldehyde through Reimer-Tiemann reaction, and then condensation reaction with aniline to obtain salicylaldehyde Schiff and further confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance that the synthesized product is consistent with the target product. The coordination characteristics of the compound and copper ions were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrum analysis.
