摘  要:液态丙烯在装船过程中,事故关阀、停泵等操作易引起水击,管道内的水击压力以及流体对管道的水击作用力是两个重要的破坏因素。以某液态丙烯装船管道系统为例,通过PIPENET软件建立三维管道水击模型,计算单一和组合工况下最大水击压力和管道所受的水击作用力。结果表明,装船臂上的紧急关断阀突然关闭为最恶劣工况,其最大水击压力为正常工作条件下泵出口压力的1.62倍,流体对管道的水击作用力达到31.4 N/m。研究成果对类似的石油化工水力短管水击分析、管道设计等具有一定的指导意义。In the process of liquid propylene loading,the operations such as accidently closing valve and stopping pump are easy to cause hydraulic surge.The hydraulic surge pressure in the pipeline and the action of fluid on the pipeline are two important failure factors.A three-dimensional pipeline hydraulic surge model was established by PIPENET software to calculate the maximum hydraulic surge pressure and the hydraulic surge force on the pipeline in the single and the combined working cases.According to the results,the worst working case is that the emergency shutoff valve on the loading arm is suddenly closed,the maximum hydraulic surge pressure is 1.62 times of the pump outlet pressure under normal working case,and the hydraulic surge force of fluid on the pipeline reaches 31.4 N/m.It has certain guiding significance for the hydraulic surge analysis of similar petrochemical hydraulic short pipeline and the pipeline design.
