基于城市街道网络的郑州市商业设施分布特征研究

摘　　要：本文以郑州市市区为主要研究对象,基于POI数据了解郑州市商业设施的分布与建设情况,通过核密度方法分析商业设施的分布特点与集聚程度,确定郑州市核心商业区的具体位置,研究各类商业设施的空间集聚规律;通过空间句法深入研究城市街道网络空间,分析街道空间的内在属性。通过ArcGIS软件构建街道功能模型,以此量化街道商业功能,探讨城市街道网络空间与城市商业设施建设的内在相关性,尝试为现有街道空间与商业服务设施的建设提供更多的建议与优化方案。Based on POI data,the distribution and construction of commercial facilities in Zhengzhou are understood in this paper.The distribution characteristics and agglomeration degree of commercial facilities are analyzed by means of nuclear density method to determine the specific location of the core business district of Zhengzhou,and the spatial agglomeration rules of various commercial facilities are researched.This paper studies the urban street network space deeply through space syntax and analyzes the inherent properties of street space.The street function model is constructed by ArcGIS software to quantify the commercial function of streets,discuss the internal correlation between urban street network space and urban commercial facility construction,try to provide more suggestions and optimization schemes for the construction of existing street space and commercial service facilities.
