摘  要:高层住宅提高了土地利用率,减轻了过高的人口密度给城市带来的压力,深受开发商和消费者的喜爱。但高层住宅建筑结构复杂,楼层高,竖井、管道等竖向通道多,发生火灾后人员不能快速有效地进行安全疏散。近年来我国高层住宅建筑火灾形势严峻,在高层建筑火灾中占比不断攀升,呈多发之势。通过分析高层住宅建筑人员安全疏散难点,坚持以人防为中心、技防为重点、物防为保障的防火原则,从增设避难间、提高消防设备利用率、加强住宅小区消防管理等方面,为高层住宅人员的安全疏散提出相应对策。High-rise residential buildings improve land utilization and reduce the pressure brought to the city by the high population density,which is well received by developers and consumers.However,the complex structure of high-rise residential buildings,high floors,shafts,pipes and other vertical channels,after a fire can not be quickly and effectively evacuated safely.In recent years,the fire situation in Chinese high-rise residential buildings is severe,and the trend is more frequent.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the safe evacuation of high-rise residential buildings,the paper sticks to the fire prevention principles of human control,technical control and physical control.We put forward corresponding countermeasures for the safe evacuation of high-rise residential buildings from the following aspects:setting up refuge rooms,improving the utilization rate of fire equipment,and strengthening fire management in residential areas.
