摘  要:病毒的核酸检测在感染性疾病的确诊与治疗中起着重要的作用。大多数病毒传染性强,样本灭活成为检验人员生物安全防护的重要措施之一。加热灭活方式受到广泛关注。近年来研究发现,加热灭活会对后续病毒的核酸检测产生影响甚至使检测结果出现假阴性,这在一定程度上增加了病毒感染的漏诊率和误诊率。文章主要对病毒灭活的加热方式和对核酸检测的影响以及应对策略等进行综述。The nucleic acid detection of viruses plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.Since most viruses are highly infectious,sample inactivation is one of the important measures for biosafety protection of inspectors.Thermal inactivation has received widespread concern.In recent years,it has been found that thermal inactivation can affect the subsequent detection of virus nucleic acid and even lead to false negative results,which increases the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of viral infection to a certain extent.To study the method of thermal inactivation and its effect on nucleic acid detection of SARS-CoV-2,to find out the countermeasures and to improve the positive rate of nucleic acid detection,this paper summarizes the views on this issue based on the existing research results.
