摘  要:通过试验得到了3A21铝合金的基本力学性能和成形极限曲线,结合铝合金微波反射面的材料特性和结构特点,完成了铝合金微波反射面的全工序冲压成形仿真分析,提高了预测回弹的准确性。在此基础上,得到了微波反射面全工序冲压成形精度传递规律,并通过响应面Plackett-Burman法和响应面Box-Beknken法建立了全工序冲压成形精度传递模型,对模型进行求解后,得到最优的工艺参数组合:压边力A1为500 kN、虚拟拉延筋系数A2为0.17、摩擦因数A3为0.16、压边力B1为500k N和压力机压力C1为1500 kN。使用最优工艺参数组合进行仿真模拟得到的微波反射面的成形精度提高了9.63%。The basic mechanical properties and forming limit curve of 3 A21 aluminum alloy were obtained by experiments,combining the material and structural characteristics of the aluminum alloy microwave reflector,the forming simulation analysis of the complete stamping process of the aluminum alloy microwave reflector was completed,and the predicting springback accuracy was improved.On this basis,the forming precision transfer law of the complete stamping process of microwave reflector was obtained,and a forming precision transfer model for the complete stamping process of microwave reflector was established by response surface Plackett-Burman method and response surface Box-Behnken method.The optimal combination of process parameters was obtained by solving the model:blank holder force A1 is500 k N,virtual stretch bar coefficient A2 is 0.17,friction factor A3 is 0.16,blank holder force B1 is 500 k N and press pressure C1 is1500 k N.The forming accuracy of the microwave reflector obtained using the combination of the optimal process parameters is improved by9.63%.
