摘  要:随着GB 17820—2018《天然气》的实施,天然气质量要求愈加严格。应用HYSYS软件对中国石油某低含硫净化厂脱硫装置系统构建流程模型,通过模拟计算分析了胺液循环量和浓度、吸收塔塔板数、原料气温度和压力、贫液温度参数变化对净化气中H2S、CO2含量的影响程度。研究结果表明:各参数因素对H2S净化效果的影响由大到小依次为胺液循环量、原料气温度、贫液温度、原料气压力、吸收塔塔板数、胺液浓度;对CO2净化效果的影响由大到小依次为胺液循环量、原料气温度、吸收塔塔板数、贫液温度、原料气压力、胺液浓度;通过模拟调节胺液循环量为95.50 m^3/h、原料气压力为5.25 MPa、温度20℃和贫液入塔温度34.3℃,可满足低能耗下的净化气H2S、CO2含量达标。基于影响程度排序的胺液循环量、原料气温度和压力、贫液温度的多参数调节,可为现场脱硫装置生产运行优化提供一定指导参考。With the implementation of GB 17820-2018 Natural gas,natural gas quality requirements are becoming more stringent.The process model of desulfurization unit system in a low sulfur purification plant of PetroChina is built by using HYSYS software.Through simulation calculation,the influence degree of the amine liquid circulation and concentration,the number of absorption tower plates,the temperature and pressure of the feed gas,and the temperature of the lean liquid on the H2S and CO2 contents in the purified gas are analyzed.The research results show that the order of the influence of each parameter factor on the purification effect of H2S is that amine liquid circulation volume>feed gas temperature>lean liquid temperature>feed gas pressure>absorption plate number>amine concentration,the order of the influence on the purification effect of CO2 is that amine liquid circulation volume>feed gas temperature>number of absorption tower plates>lean liquid temperature>feed gas pressure>amine liquid concentration.By adjusting the circulation volume of amine liquid to 95.50 m3/h,feed gas pressure to 5.25 MPa,temperature to 20℃and lean liquid inlet temperature to 34.3℃,the H2S and CO2 contents of the purified gas under low energy consumption can meet the standard.It is concluded that the multi-parameter adjustment of the amine liquid circulation volume,feed gas temperature and pressure,and lean liquid temperature based on the order of influence can pro-vide a certain reference for the optimization of the production and operation of the on-site desulfurization unit.
