摘  要:针对国内某稠油油田采出水处理后回注面临的问题,确定了替代清水回用注汽锅炉的资源化处理方案。通过分析采出水水质,明确了蒸发脱盐前需要除油、除悬浮物及除硅,并根据原油黏度及水质等确定了“除油+气浮+过滤”的预处理工艺。开展了除硅室内试验及现场连续试验,投加氧化镁、碳酸钠、混凝剂、絮凝剂等药剂混凝搅拌,室内停留1 h或现场停留2.5 h后,出水硅质量浓度平均在5 mg/L左右。通过脱盐除硬工艺对比,在预处理后选择了水平管降膜MVC蒸发装置,对其系统工艺、内部结构及布管等进行分析研究,使工艺水在低于70℃时达到沸点而产生蒸发;通过在某油田资源化工程上的实际应用,产水率达69.5%,产水含盐量≤2 mg/L,完全满足注汽水质要求。该工艺在油田采出水资源化处理领域具有广阔的应用前景。In view of the problems faced by re-injection of produced water from a heavy oil field in China,a resource utilization treatment scheme is determined to replace the steam injection boiler for clean water reuse.By analyzing the water quality of produced water,it is clear that oil removal,suspended solids removal and silicon removal are needed before evaporation and desalting,and the pretreatment process of"oil removal+air flotation+filtration"is determined according to the viscosity of crude oil and water quality.Indoor tests and continuous field tests of desilication are carried out,and after adding agents such as magnesium oxide,sodium carbonate,coagulant,flocculant,etc.for coagulation and agitation,the effluent stays indoor for 1 h or on site for 2.5 h.The silicon content of effluent is about 5 mg/L on average.Through the comparison of desalting and hardness removal process,the horizontal tube falling film MVC evaporation device is selected after pretreatment,and its system process,internal structure and pipe arrangement are analyzed,which make the process water reach the boiling point below 70℃and evaporates.Through the practical application in the resource utilization engineering of an oil field,the water production rate reaches 69.5%,and the water production TDS is no more than 2 mg/L,which fully meet the requirements of steam injection water quality.This technology has a broad application prospect in the field of oilfield produced water resource treatment.
