摘 要:为进一步探索适合大庆外围低—特低渗透油田有效开发的采出水处理技术,明确CO2驱采出水水质特点,针对大庆外围低—特低渗透油田采出水开展水质基本特性研究,在40℃常压条件下,采用曝气法进行了室内脱除采出水中CO2气体试验。研究结果表明,采出水中CO2含量是水质pH值、矿化度、腐蚀速率等特性参数变化的重要影响因素之一;在40℃常压试验条件下,采用曝气法对CO2驱采出水的处理效果较为明显,能够有效脱除水中70%的CO2,从而提高水质pH值至8,同时有效抑制采出水腐蚀速率在0.076 mm/a以下。In order to further explore the effective water treatment technology for low-ultra-low permeability oil fields in the peripheral part of Daqing,and define the characteristics of carbon dioxide flooding produced water quality,a series of experiments are carried out to evaluate the effect of aeration process for removing the CO2 from produced water at 40℃atmospheric pressure.The results show that CO2 content in produced water is one of the important influencing factors of pH value,salinity,corrosion rate and other characteristic parameters.Under 40℃atmospheric pressure condition,the aeration method is an effective method which reduces the carbon dioxide content by 70%,improves pH value to 8 and restrains the corrosion rate of the CO2 flooding produced water below 0.076 mm/a.
