摘  要:为保障超临界CO2管道安全、高效运行,有必要研究超临界CO2管道安全输送距离。以长庆油田超临界CO2管道工程为例,对含杂质CO2流体的相态特性及物化性质进行计算分析,确定超临界CO2管道的最低运行压力和最低运行温度;改变管径、高程差与地温设计参数,调整入口温度与输量运行参数,计算不同条件下超临界CO2管道输送距离,分析在输送距离范围内的压降梯度和流速变化。结果表明:影响输送距离的主要因素为入口温度、地温及输量,综合考虑输送距离和管道压降,为使CO2在输送过程中处于超临界态运行,在管道设计时,选择管道路由应尽量避开上坡段,管径为250 mm较合适;在管道运行时,输量控制在1~1.5 Mt/a,出口温度不宜高于60℃。对不同入口压力进行经济性分析,当入口压力为13 MPa时,CO2管道运输成本最低,为29.57元/t,通过经济优化得出管道输送距离为177.6 km。To ensure the safe and efficient operation of supercritical CO2 pipeline,the safe transportation distance of supercritical CO2 pipeline is deeply studied.Taking the supercritical CO2 pipeline project in Changqing Oilfield as an example,the basic phase state characteristics and physicochemical properties of CO2 fluid containing impurities are analyzed.The minimum operating pressure and minimum operating temperature of the supercritical CO2 pipeline are determined.The design parameters of pipe diameter,elevation difference,and ground temperature are changed.The inlet temperature and throughput operating parameters are adjusted.The transmission distance of the supercritical CO2 pipeline under different conditions is calculated,and the pressure drop gradient and flow rate changes within the transportation distance range are analyzed.The results show that the main factors affecting the transportation distance are inlet temperature,ground temperature and transportation quantity.In order to maintain the supercritical state during the transportation process,the selection of pipe route should avoid the upper slope section as far as possible,and the ideal pipeline diameter is 250 mm.When the pipeline is in operation,the pipeline flow rate is controlled at 1~1.5 Mt/a,and the outlet temperature should not be higher than 60℃.The economic analysis of different inlet pressures shows that when the inlet pressure is 13 MPa,the transportation cost of CO2 pipeline is the lowest,which is 29.57 yuan/t.Through economic optimization,the transportation distance of CO2 pipeline is 177.6 km.
