摘 要:油气管道在抢修换管、改线动火等工程中需要进行连头口焊接作业,连头焊接质量是影响管道安全运行的重要因素,为此应选择合适的无损检测技术以保证焊接质量。中俄东线首次采用1422 mm口径管道,焊缝检测所需时间长,影响动火作业效率,同时其大壁厚给现有焊接检测技术及设备提出了较大挑战。在分析各种无损检测技术基础上,结合国内外焊接检测标准要求,针对大口径油气管道开展无损检测试验,明确了各检测技术的适用性和检测效率,对比分析了国内外相关设备的检测性能。针对时间紧、质量要求高、作业条件恶劣的动火连头作业,给出了具备大壁厚管道检测能力及效率高的无损检测技术方案,并进行优化组合,从而满足大口径管道连头口缺陷检测需求,保证焊接接头质量。In oil and gas pipeline replacement of emergency repair and hot work,it is necessary to carry out joint welding.As the welding quality obviously affects the operation safety of pipeline,it demands appropriate non-destructive detection technology to ensure the quality of joint welding.For the first time,1422 mm diameter pipeline is used in China-Russia East-Route Pipeline,which takes a long time for weld detection and affects the efficiency of hot work.At the same time,its large wall thickness poses a great challenge to the welding detection technology and equipment.Based on the analysis of various NDT technologies and the requirements of domestic and foreign welding testing standards,nondestructive testing techniques are applied to large-diameter oil and gas pipelines.The applicability and testing efficiency of each testing technology are defined,and the testing performance of related equipment at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.In view of the hot joint operation with tight time,high quality requirements and bad working conditions,the NDT method with large wall thickness pipe detection ability and high efficiency is proposed,and the optimization of combinations is carried out,so as to meet the defect detection requirements of large diameter pipe joints and ensure the quality of welded joints.
