妇科腹腔镜手术直肠损伤即时修补11例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术中直肠损伤即时腹腔镜下修补的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月~2019年12月我院妇科腹腔镜手术中发现直肠损伤11例的资料。破口大小1~3 cm,术中即时用2-0可吸收线缝合全层并加固,术毕均留置肛管。结果11例直肠损伤均于腹腔镜下即时修补成功,术后留置肛管6~8天,随访1~3年,均未见腹腔感染、肠梗阻、肠瘘等并发症。结论妇科腹腔镜手术并发直肠损伤即时腹腔镜下一期修补成功率高,预后良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of immediate laparoscopic repair of rectal injury in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 11 cases of rectal injury found during gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2019.The size of the rupture were about 1-3 cm,the whole layer was sutured and reinforced with 2-0 absorbable suture immediately during the operation,and the anal canal was indwelled after the operation.Results All the 11 cases of rectal injury were repaired successfully immediately under the laparoscope.Postoperative anal canal was indwelled for 6-8 days.The patients were followed up for 1-3 years.No complications such as abdominal infection,ileus or intestinal fistula were found during the follow-ups.Conclusion Immediate laparoscopic primary repair of rectal injury in gynecological laparoscopic surgery has high success rate and good prognosis.
