摘 要:目的探讨腹腔镜修补小儿腹白线疝的疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年6月~2020年6月小儿腹白线疝12例资料,均采用三孔法腹腔镜手术,缝合关闭腹壁缺损,用胸普外科修补膜加强覆盖缺损。结果本组12例均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,无中转开放。手术时间100~160 min,平均121.3 min,术中出血<5 ml。术后6 h麻醉清醒后进食清流质,无明显疼痛,术后2~3 d出院,无切口感染。随访1~36个月,平均17.7月,无复发、肠梗阻等并发症。结论腹腔镜治疗小儿腹白线疝,关闭腹壁缺损的同时,生物补片加强修补,安全有效。Objective To explore the efficacy and experience of laparoscopic repair of linea alba hernia with biological mesh reinforcement in children.Methods Clinical data of 12 cases of pediatric linea alba hernia treated in our department from June 2017 to June 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.All of them were repaired by three-hole laparoscopic surgery.After suturing the abdominal wall defect under laparoscopy,a biological mesh was used to coverage the defects.Results All the patients underwent laparoscopic procedure without conversion to laparotomy.The operation time was 100-160 min,with an average of 121.3 min.The blood loss was less than 5 ml.After anesthesia and awakening 6 hours after surgery,clear fluids can be consumed,and no case of obvious pain was found.All the patients were discharged 2-3 days after surgery.No incision infection occurred.All the patients were followed up for 1-36 months,with an average of 17.7 months,without complications such as recurrence and intestinal obstruction.Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of linea alba hernia with biological mesh is safe and effective,with closing the abdominal wall defect and biological mesh reinforcement.
