摘  要:采用热致相分离(TIPS)法制备的PVDF微孔膜具有高孔隙率、大通量、高机械强度等特点,已广泛应用于饮用水净化、污/废水处理等领域。但由于PVDF本身的疏水性,极易造成膜污染。频繁的化学清洗不仅会增加运行成本,也会降低膜的使用寿命。因此,对PVDF膜进行亲水化改性有十分重要的意义。全面介绍了TIPS法PVDF微孔膜亲水化改性的方法,并对其未来的发展及应用进行了展望。The polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)microporous membrane prepared via thermally induced phase separation(TIPS)method has the characteristics of high porosity,high flux and excellent mechanical strength,which has been widely used in the fields of drinking water purification and sewage treatment.However,due to the hydrophobicity of PVDF material,the PVDF microporous membrane is easily fouled.Frequent chemical cleaning not only results in higher operating cost but also shortens the lifetime of the membrane.Therefore,the hydrophilicity modification for PVDF membrane has important meanings.The hydrophilic modification methods of PVDF microporous membranes prepared via TIPS method were introduced comprehensively.Furthermore,its future development and application were prospected.
