摘　　要：手部损伤、烧伤、感染和肿瘤切除术后常伴有皮肤软组织的缺损。随着显微外科技术的发展及普及,各种皮瓣广泛应用于手部皮肤软组织缺损重建,并从以单纯的软组织覆盖向功能和兼顾美学需求的方向发展。本文阐述了手部皮肤软组织缺损的评估、重建原则及常用皮瓣的技术要点。Soft tissue defects of the hand are common encountered in the setting of trauma,infection,burns and after resection of tumors.With the development and popularization of microsurgery technology,various flaps are widely used in the reconstruction of soft tissue defects of the hands,and have developed from pure soft tissue coverage to functional and aesthetic needs.This article describes the evaluation,reconstruction principles and common flaps of soft tissue defects of the hands.
