摘 要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎重症病例的影响因素,为优化配置医疗卫生资源和减少死亡的发生提供理论依据。方法选取截至2020年3月31日国家传染病信息报告系统中河南省新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例,采用SPSS 22.0统计软件,对性别、年龄、职业、基础疾病、发病到就诊时间间隔等因素进行卡方检验,选择有统计学意义的因素进行二元Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示,重症的性别差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.164,P>0.05),而年龄(χ^2=78.349,P<0.05)、职业(χ^2=34.150,P<0.05)、基础性疾病(χ^2=26.639,P<0.05)和发病到就诊时间间隔(χ^2=9.464,P<0.05)会影响新型冠状病毒肺炎重症的发生。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,年龄(OR=4.143,95%CI:2.909~5.899)、基础性疾病(OR=1.598,95%CI:1.111~2.298)、发病到就诊时间间隔(OR=1.206,95%CI:1.057~1.376)均能影响病例新型冠状病毒肺炎的严重程度。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎重症的发生与患者年龄、是否有基础疾病和发病到就诊时间间隔具有相关性。This study aimed to explore the factors influencing the severity of 2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)and to provide a theoretical basis for optimal allocation of medical resources and reduction of the incidence of death.All COVID-2019 cases reported through March 31,2020 were extracted from China’s Infectious Disease Information System.In SPSS 22.0 statistical software,chi-square tests were performed on factors including sex,age,occupation,coexisting disorders and the time interval from onset to treatment.Binary logistic regression analysis was performed on factors with statistical significance.Chi-square tests indicated that sex was not associated with disease severity(χ^2=1.164,P>0.05).However,age(χ^2=78.349,P<0.05),occupation(χ^2=34.150,P<0.05),coexisting disorders(χ^2=26.639,P<0.05)and the time interval from onset to treatment(χ^2=9.464,P<0.05)were significantly associated with disease severity.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=4.143,95%CI:2.909~5.899),coexisting disorders(OR=1.598,95%CI:1.111~2.298)and the time interval from onset to treatment(OR=1.206,95%CI:1.057~1.376)were associated with disease severity.The disease severity in patients with COVID-19 is therefore associated with age,coexisting disorders and the time interval from onset to treatment.
