地膜覆盖谷子精少量播种机的设计与试验

摘　　要：针对山西省谷子种植区干旱少雨的自然条件,以及谷子生产用工多、间苗劳动强度大等突出问题,结合谷子精少量播种农艺要求及膜侧栽培技术,设计了一种地膜覆盖谷子精少量播种机,该机可实现垄上铺膜、膜侧播种,具有集雨增墒、抑制杂草等优点,改变了传统的露地播种模式,为生产适用于山区、丘陵地带的谷物播种机提供参考。According to the natural conditions of drought and less rain in millet planting area of Shanxi Province,and there are many problems in millet production,such as the labor intensity of seedling thinning.Combined with the agronomic requirements of millet seed and cultivation techniques on film side,designed a small amount of millet seed machine covered with plastic film,the machine can spread film on the ridge and sow on the side of film.It has the advantages of collecting rain,increasing soil moisture and restraining weeds,and it changed the traditional open field sowing mode.The machine can provide reference for the production of grain seeder suitable for mountainous and hilly areas.
