摘　　要：磁力泵是一种利用磁性联轴器的磁力传动装置,实现扭矩无接触传递的一种无机械密封、无泄漏的工业用泵。金属磁力泵材料成本比较高,常用材料有304、316、316L、904、哈氏C等。衬塑磁力泵的出现正好解决性价比这一问题。衬塑磁力泵衬层材料是F46,此种材料耐酸碱性能优异,最大缺点是使用温度在80℃以下。Magnetic drive pump is a kind of magnetic transmission device using magnetic coupling to realize non-contact transmission of torque,a kind of industrial pump without mechanical seal and leakage.The cost of metal magnetic pump materials is relatively high.Commonly used materials are 304,316,316 L,904,Hastelloy C,etc.The appearance of the plastic-lined magnetic pump just solves the problem of cost performance.The plastic-lined magnetic pump lining material is F46.This material has excellent acid and alkali resistance.The biggest disadvantage is that the use temperature is below 80℃.
