福建建宁县大源村建莲脱壳去皮技术推广路径分析

摘　　要：在回顾建莲种植历史的基础上,以大源村为个案详细介绍了建莲脱壳去皮技术推广路径。以调研的方式阐述了建莲脱壳去皮技术近十多年来的变革,由传统刀片式到传统手摇式再到药水浸泡式最后使用电动一体式。脱壳去皮技术的推广方式以政府部门推广和企业推广为主力推动技术发展,农户的口口相传为辅。建莲脱壳去皮技术之所以快速推广是农户个人自我需求、政府部门推动、企业创新驱动三方合力共同作用之必然,不仅缩短了社会必要劳动时间,延伸了劳动力的产业投入,而且促进一二三产业融合。On the basis of reviewing the history of Jianlian,this paper takes Dayuan Village as a case to introduce in detail the technical promotion path of Jianlian peeling.In the way of investigation,the transformation of the peeling technology of Jianlian over the past ten years was described.It was divided into the traditional blade type,the traditional hand type,the liquid solution soaking type and the electric integral type.The promotion method of peeling technology was mainly promoted by government departments and enterprises,supplemented by word of mouth transmission among farmers.The rapid promotion of Jianlian hulling and peeling technology is an inevitable result of the joint efforts of farmers’self-demand,government departments and enterprises’innovation.It not only shortens the necessary labor time,extends the industrial input of labor force,but also promotes the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.
