摘　　要：文章介绍了科研项目管理的内容及阶段,通过对科研项目管理工作中存在的4个问题进行分析,并提出4个行之有效的措施加以解决,从而为科研项目的顺利进行提供保障。This paper introduces the contents and stages of scientific research project management,analyzes four problems existing in scientific research project management,and puts forward four effective measures to solve them,so as to provide guarantee for the smooth progress of scientific research projects.
