上海某大厦燃气热水锅炉低氮改造与环保效益分析

摘  要:上海某大厦现有2台生活热水锅炉,燃料为天然气,制造于2012年,锅炉产生烟气中NOX的原排放量浓度分别为124.50mg/m3和122.59mg/m3。根据上海市新的排放标准需要进行低氮改造。经对比分析后,采用了整体更换锅炉方案。改造后在50%负荷下两台锅炉NOX的排放量浓度分别为18mg/m3和19mg/m3;在锅炉75%负荷下NOX的排放量浓度分别为20mg/m3和23mg/m3,实现了达标排放,同时锅炉热效率提高。There are two domestic hot water boilers in a building in Shanghai. The fuel is natural gas. They were manufactured in 2012. The original emission concentrations of NO_x in the flue gas from the boilers are 124.50 mg/m~3 and 122.59 mg/m~3 respectively. According to the new emission standard of Shanghai, low nitrogen transformation is needed. After comparison and analysis, the whole boiler replacement scheme is adopted. After the transformation, the NO_x emission concentration of the two boilers under 50% load is 18 mg/m~3 and 19 mg/m~3 respectively, and the NO_x emission concentration of the two boilers under 75% load is 20 mg/m~3 and 23 mg/m~3 respectively.
