摘  要:上海老港餐厨垃圾处理厂工程建设规模为餐厨垃圾1000t/d,是上海市生活垃圾全程分类的重大保障性设施,主体工艺采用基于"湿式+干式协同厌氧产沼"的组合工艺,设计日产沼气约60000m3,年发电量超过2000kWh,在高效处理餐厨垃圾的同时,实现变废为宝。本文以上海老港餐厨垃圾处理厂工程为例,系统介绍了该厂的工艺设计理念及相关工程设计手段,供类似项目的设计与建设参考。The construction scale of Shanghai Laogang food waste treatment plant is 1000 t/D, which is a major guarantee facility for the whole process classification of domestic waste in Shanghai. The main process is based on the combined process of "wet + dry collaborative anaerobic biogas production". The designed daily biogas production is about 60000m~3, and the annual power generation is more than 20 million kwh. It can effectively treat food waste and turn waste into treasure. Taking Shanghai Laogang food waste treatment plant project as an example, this paper systematically introduces the process design concept and related engineering design means of the plant, which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
