摘  要:某污水处理厂通过优化组合调理池药剂,采用高分子聚合复合剂,实现架桥吸附和水化作用,改善污泥的脱水性能,并增建一座污泥腐熟车间,进行污泥好氧堆肥发酵,利用好氧嗜热菌、放线菌、酵母菌、丝状真菌和芽孢杆菌的作用,将污泥中有机物分解,形成一种类似腐殖质土壤的物质,制作生态有机肥综合利用。降低污泥板框车间生产运行成本,实现污泥资源化。By optimizing the composition of conditioning pool chemicals and using polymer polymer composite agent, bridging adsorption and hydration were realized, and the dewatering performance of sludge was improved. A sludge decomposition workshop was built to carry out aerobic composting and fermentation of sludge. The organic matter in the sludge was decomposed by aerobic thermophilic bacteria, actinomycetes, yeasts, filamentous fungi and Bacillus Soil material, making ecological organic fertilizer comprehensive utilization. Reduce the production and operation cost of sludge board and frame workshop and realize sludge resource utilization.
