摘 要:借鉴国内外创新评价体系构建成果,结合珠三角各市创新驱动发展重点工作任务构建创新驱动发展监测指数,测算近4年珠海市创新驱动发展综合指数,并以其中若干项指数作关联分析。结论认为,珠海市拥有较好的经济社会发展基础,有利于其创新投入的持续增长,但在创新效率、创新成果转化方面表现相对滞后。珠海市应充分利用产业升级进程较快、工业企业生产效率较高等优势条件,进一步优化创新投入的方向和结构,提高创新效率,不断增强科技创新成果转化及产业化水平。Based on the achievements of domestic and foreign innovation evaluation systems and combined with the key tasks of innovation-driven development in the Pearl River Delta cities,this paper builds up a monitoring index system of innovation driven development to measure the innovation driven development comprehensive index of Zhuhai in the past four years and several indices are used for correlation analysis.The conclusion is that Zhuhai has a good foundation for economic and social development,which is conducive to the continuous growth of its innovation investment,but lags behind on innovation efficiency and transformation of innovation achievements.The paper suggests that Zhuhai should make full use of the advantages of faster industrial upgrading and higher production efficiency of industrial enterprises to further optimize the direction and structure of innovation input,improve innovation efficiency,and continuously enhance the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological innovation results.
