摘　　要：聚乙烯管材在服役过程中受到环境中湿、热、氧、光、使用介质等因素的影响,不可避免地发生不同程度的老化。通过对管材进行室外自然日光暴露试验,研究不同能量点(3.5~7.5 GJ/m^2)试样的氧化诱导时间、拉伸性能、熔体流动速率、静液压强度,结果表明燃气管道表面色条会加速管道老化。并提出了管材的无防护存放的最长时间与不同地区的日照辐射量有关及对管材色条进行控制的要求。The polyethylene pipe in service is affected by humidity,heat,oxygen,light,medium and other factors in the environment,which inevitably leads to different degrees of aging.In this paper,through the outdoor exposure test of the pipe,studying the oxidation induction time,tensile properties,melt flow rate and hydrostatic strength of samples with different energy points(3.5~7.5 GJ/m^2),the results showed that the surface color strips of the gas pipeline would accelerate the pipeline aging.It is also pointed out that the maximum storage time of the pipe without protection is related to the amount of sunshine radiation in different areas and the requirements for color strip control of the pipe.
