摘 要:针对PP蜡含量对EVA热熔胶粘接性能的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,随着PP蜡含量增大,EVA热熔胶的粘度降低,熔融流动性和浸润性显著提高,耐热性和内聚力下降。对EVA热熔胶进行了机械力学性能、熔融指数、软化点、表干时间、接触角和拉伸断裂面及剪切面形貌等方面的表征。当PP蜡用量为20phr时,EVA热熔胶剪切强度达到最大,为3.66MPa,且实际生产中PP蜡用量应低于30phr。The effect of PP wax content on the adhesive properties of EVA hot melt adhesive was studied.The results showed that with the increase of PP wax content,the viscosity of EVA hot melt adhesive decreased,the melt fluidity and wettability increased significantly,and the heat resistance and cohesion decreased.The mechanical properties,melt index,softening point,surface dry time,contact angle,tensile fracture surface and shear surface morphology of EVA hot melt adhesive were characterized.When the amount of PP wax is 20phr,the shear strength of EVA hot melt adhesive reaches the maximum,which is 3.66MPa,and the amount of PP wax in actual production should be less than 30phr.
