摘 要:研究GH4169在冷拔量14%、20%和冷拔后930℃退火10min对比直接时效的母材蠕变寿命的变化规律,通过观察预形变热处理后的基体表面、蠕变后表面和断口形貌,分析不同预形变热处理下蠕变性能。实验结果表明,冷拔形变后930℃退火10min比冷拔后直接时效的合金具有更高的蠕变寿命,且蠕变寿命都高于直接时效后的母材。冷拔形变和冷拔后进行退火处理的合金蠕变断口都出现大量深浅不一韧窝,韧窝密度随着冷拔量增加呈递增趋势。同一冷拔量和试验条件下,退火处理后的韧窝排列最密集。分析发现,韧窝是晶界空洞形核产生的,空洞吸收蠕变产生的大量能量,延长合金蠕变寿命,提高合金蠕变性能。Research GH4169's cold drawing amount at 14%,20% and annealing at 930℃ for 10 min after cold drawing to contrast the change rule of creep life of base metal directly aging.By observing the surface of the substrate,the surface after creep and fracture morphology after pre-deformation heat treatment,the creep properties under different pre-deformation heat treatment were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the annealing at 930℃ for 10 minutes after cold drawing had a higher creep life than the alloy directly aged after cold drawing,and the creep life was higher than the base material after direct aging.The cold-drawn deformation and the creep fracture of the alloy after cold-drawing both showed a large number of different depths of dimples,and the density of the dimples showed an increasing trend with the increase of the amount of cold drawing.Under the same amount of cold drawing and test conditions,the arrangement of the dimples after annealing is the most dense.The analysis found that the tough dimples are generated by the nucleation of voids in the grain boundary.The voids absorb a large amount of energy generated by creep,extend the creep life of the alloy,and improve the creep performance of the alloy.
