摘  要:以丙烯酰胺为主要原料,阳离子单体为辅,通过过硫酸铵引发自由基聚合,制备了阳离子絮凝剂,其最佳制备条件为:单体质量比(AM:DADMAC)为7:3,引发剂加量为0.6%,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为6h。该絮凝剂对陕北某油田采油污水絮凝效果良好,除浊率达95.00%。通过单因素实验确定了该絮凝剂的最佳用量。Using acrylamide and cationic monomer,cationic flocculant was prepared by radical polymerization.And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows:monomer mass ratio of AM:DADMAC was 7:3,addition amount of initiator was 0.6%,reaction temperature was 65℃,and reaction time was 6h.The flocculation effect of the cationic flocculant was better when it was added to the produced wastewater of Shanbei Oil Field.And the optimum dosage was determined by single factor experiment.
