摘 要:以废旧聚苯乙烯为原料,通过接枝反应和氨化反应,成功制备出了苯环邻位连结了酰胺基团的改性聚苯乙烯,其结构利用红外光谱进行了证明。改性聚苯乙烯与碳钢20之间的界面结合强度以及改性聚苯乙烯涂层的硬度和光泽均得到了有效改善,其中附着力高于2 MPa。利用所制备的改性聚苯乙烯对碳钢20进行防护保护,涂覆了改性聚苯乙烯涂层后,碳钢20表面电阻率显著提升,由0.17×10-8W•cm-2提高到了0.97×10-8W•cm-2,且浸泡60天后的表面电阻率依然高于未进行防腐保护的碳钢20,为0.65×10-8W•cm-2,说明改性聚苯乙烯涂层对碳钢20的防腐性能起到了较为明显的改善作用。In this paper,modified polystyrene(PS)was successfully prepared via grafting reaction and ammoniation reaction by using waste polystyrene as raw materials.Its structure was proved by FTIR.The interfacial bonding strength between the modified polystyrene with carbon steel 20,as well as the hardness and gloss of the modified polystyrene coating were effectively improved.The adhesion was higher than 2 MPa.When carbon steel 20 was covered by modified polystyrene,the surface resistivity of carbon steel 20 increased significantly from 0.17×10-8Ω•cm-2 to 0.97×10-8Ω•cm-2.After immersion in a water solution of NaCl for 60 days,the surface resistivity of the protected carbon steel 20 was even maintained as 0.65×10-8Ω•cm-2,which was still higher than that of carbon steel 20 without corrosion protection.This result suggested that the modified polystyrene coating can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of carbon steel 20.
