摘  要:研究体育器材用碳纤维复合材料的制备方法和结构力学性能。通过实验室横向压切试验,分析不同碳纤维管状结构制备工艺参数对其密度、弹性、强度的影响,发现碳纤维制备工艺对碳纤维的密度有所影响但不显著,对其弹性、强度的影响较为显著且呈现非线性关系。最终提出针对手持型器材、支撑型器材的碳纤维管状结构制备工艺的具体参数。The preparation method and structural mechanical properties of carbon fiber loading materials for sports equipment were studied.Through the transverse compression shear test in the laboratory,the influence of different preparation technology of carbon fiber tubular structure on its density,elasticity and strength was analyzed.It was found that the preparation process of carbon fiber had a certain but not significant effect on the density of carbon fiber,and the influence on its elasticity and strength was more significant and showed a non-linear relationship.Finally,the specific parameters of the preparation process of carbon fiber tubular structure for hand-held equipment and support equipment are proposed.
