摘 要:根据正交弧线齿面齿轮啮合原理,推导弧线齿面齿轮的齿面方程,通过Matlab实现齿面可视化,在面齿轮展成坐标系下,研究了面齿轮啮合过程中的齿面接触特性。在不考虑误差影响的点接触正交面齿轮传动接触特性分析中,提出了一种求解面齿轮齿面啮合点的方法,以方程推导联合齿面接触轨迹仿真实现了面齿轮齿面啮合轨迹的可视化;得出了圆柱齿轮和正交面齿轮接触点处主曲率的变化规律,并对接触斑点进行了可视化仿真;推导了正交弧线齿面齿轮上接触特性方程;得到了接触特性的变化规律,并结合赫兹弹性接触力学理论,分析了面齿轮啮合点的接触区域和应力情况。According to the principle of orthogonal arc tooth face-gear meshing,the tooth surface equation of arc tooth surface gear is deduced,and the tooth surface is visualized by Matlab.Under the developed gear coordinate system,the tooth surface contact characteristics during the gear meshing process are studied.In the contact characteristic analysis of the point contact orthogonal face gear transmission without considering the influence of error,a method for solving the meshing point of the tooth surface of the face gear is proposed.The visualization of the meshing track of the gear tooth surface is realized by the equation derivation and the simulation of the contact track of the gear tooth surface,obtained the change rule of the main curvature at the contact point of the cylindrical gear and the orthogonal face gear,and visually simulated the contact spot,deduced the contact characteristic equation on the orthogonal face-gear,obt-ained the change rule of the contact characteristic,and combined with Hertz′s theory of elastic contact mechanics theory,the contact area and stress of meshing point of the face gear are analyzed.
